Yeah, same la. I call and doesnt answer. one time I call and someone answer it. Then they pass to other person. And pass again to other person. If not mistaken, they pass to diffrent person 4 times. And I must wait around 30 minutes. But still cant talk with person incharge. The services very bad. Not consistant.
